Sweet Crunchy Snackers

Ingredients

  • celery sticks, cut to fit into a yogourt or granola style container
  • 1/4 cup Medjool date paste (see recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy/smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted and roughly chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix the Medjool date paste with peanut butter, place in the small side of a yogourt/granola style container, top the mixture with chopped Medjool dates.

  1. Cut celery sticks to size that fits into the larger side of the yogourt/granola style container.
