Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Dates

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon, halved
  • 12 Natural Delights® Pitted Medjool dates
  • Cheese such as Gruyere, cheddar, goat, or gorgonzola
  • Toothpicks

Preparation

  1. Cut pitted dates halfway through lengthwise.
  2. Stuff with cheese of choice and wrap with bacon slices. Secure with a toothpick.
  3. Cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or in an air fryer at 400 for 10-12 minutes until bacon is cooked through.
  4. Remove toothpick and serve warm.
