Strawberry & Beet Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml/152 g) frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (150 ml/100 g) sliced beets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup (250 mL/67 g) dark leafy greens, like spinach or kale
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup (150 mL) coconut water
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds in a high-powered blender. 
  2. Enjoy in a glass or bowl! Add toppings if you'd like! 

Recipe makes 2 servings.
