In a medium size bowl, combine the yogourt, chia seeds, date paste and unsweetened almond milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, slice the strawberries and Medjool dates. Grab 4 glasses, and start layering each glass with approximately 2 tablespoons of the granola. Add about 3 tablespoons of the chia seed pudding, a scoop of peanut butter, another 2 tablespoons of granola, some of the Medjool date chunks and the sliced strawberries. Repeat the process, starting with the chia seed pudding.
