Medjool Date Protein-Packed Trail Mix


  • 5 Medjool date, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup multigrain Cheerios
  • 1 cup popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup lightly salted almonds
  • 1/4 cup lightly salted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup yogourt covered pretzels or yogourt chips


So easy, your kids can make this before school. Using a large bowl, have your kids measure out the ingredients then gently mix all together - done! Fill individual snack containers for a great protein-packed after-school snack!
