Greek Yogurt with Honey Macerated Citrus and Medjool Dates


  • ½ cup (125 g) plain, non-fat Greek yogourt
  • 1 medium orange
  • 2 to 3 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. pistachio kernels or pomegranate arils, chopped (optional)


  1. Place the yogourt in a small bowl. Remove the peel from the orange by carefully cutting off each end then slicing down the sides. Squeeze the juice remaining in the peels over the yogourt. Slice the fruit first into circles and then in half to form semicircles. Arrange over the yogourt.
  2. Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the dates and pistachios. May be prepared several hours ahead and stored in the refrigerator to macerate.
