Ingredients
3 pitted Medjool dates
1 cup (100 g/250 ml) frozen blueberries
1 cup (67 g/250 ml) (chopped raw or frozen kale, chopped
¼ cup (45 g/60 ml) frozen cauliflower, finely chopped
1 ½ cup (400 ml) unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp all natural peanut butter (optional)
2 tbsp oats or oat bran
1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds in a high powered blender.
Enjoy in a glass or bowl and top with toppings of choice!
