Blueberry Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup (100 g/250 ml) frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup (67 g/250 ml) (chopped raw or frozen kale, chopped
  • ¼ cup (45 g/60 ml) frozen cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cup (400 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp all natural peanut butter (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oats or oat bran
  • 1 scoop of The Natural Citizen Organic Digest or other digestion support
  • product that is non-GMO, gluten free and vegan
  • 30 ml Young Living Ningxia Red (or other super-food berry drink)
  • (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds in a high powered blender.
  2. Enjoy in a glass or bowl and top with toppings of choice!
