Summer Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) almond milk 
  • 3 dates 
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen raspberries 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • ½ cup (75 g) fresh raspberries 
  • ½ mango, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) almond slices 
  • ⅓ cup (50 g) blueberries 
  • coconut powder for garnish

Preparation

Add almond milk, dates, frozen raspberries, and frozen banana to a blender. Blitz until smooth (about 3-4 minutes). 

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries, mango, almond slices, and blueberries by creating a pattern or just sprinkling randomly. Add a flavor boost with a sprinkling of coconut powder on top. Serve chilled
