Spicy Jalapeño and Chipotle Cheese Stuffed Medjool Dates

Ingredients

  • 4 Natural Delights Medjool Dates
  • 2 tbsp. light cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ tsp. canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tsp. jalapeño peppers, minced 
  • Snipped fresh cilantro to taste

Preparation

  1. Make a small slit in the top of each date and carefully remove the pit. 
  2. Stir together the cream cheese and chipotle peppers, adding additional adobo sauce to taste. Spoon the mixture into the dates.
  3. Sprinkle with jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
