  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup (225 g) fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) blueberries
  • 2 Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • ¼ cup (30 g) cashews

Preparation

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients together and pour into cups. Serve immediately.

Note: Be sure to chop the dates into small enough pieces so that your blender purées them.
