Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (6 oz/177 mL) low-fat vanilla yogourt
  • 1 cup (113 g) sliced strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 8 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
  • ½ cup of ice

Preparation

Plan ahead – you’ll need a frozen banana for this recipe. 

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and purée until smooth
