Bento boxes are our favorite way to make a balanced school lunch for kids. They’ll love Natural Delights® with nut butter!

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter and Date Cracker Bites - Bite sized multigrain crackers, creamy peanut butter and sliced Natural Delights® Medjool dates
  • Sliced Cucumbers
  • Colby Jack Cheese Squares
  • Kiwi and Blueberry Salad - Sliced kiwi and blueberries

Preparation

  1. Place Date Cracker Bites, sliced cucumbers, colby jack cheese squares and kiwi and blueberry salad on a plate, bento box or in small containers for an on-the go lunch.

Notes:

Can be made ahead of time for school lunches. Be sure to store in the fridge or with ice packs.

To lower the fat content, use reduced fat Colby Jack cheese.
